We went here for the first time to pick up bait just this past week and my husband is raving about it. We've had some bad experiences with bait and this was a much better one. They had fair pricing and we got really good looking bait for our money. Definitely will stop here again on our fishing adventures.

These guys are great. Great value for a day around the area, we had 8 adults boat was perfect . Matt at the dock is very helpful and can help with fishing tips. Would use these guys again

The worst customer service I have ever received from the old man at the counter.Had a boat on reserve for 2 days went to pick it up and he took 3 people that were buying beer in front of us. Then got a attitude. Absolutely, told him that he lost our own 1000.00 and went elsewhere.

Always a great experience getting gas at gasparilla Marina. The deck hands were very helpful and great at treating a customer right. Good conversation, smiles on our faces, good feelings in our hearts. Good customer service can be falsified. People can pretend to be happy, fake a smile, fake interest in something you said. After being in customer service for many years I can spot this from a mile away. One thing you can't fake is true camaraderie, good conversation, truthful interaction, and honest good customer service. Every time I visit gasparilla Marina for gas this is the experience I receive, their customer service is consistent, quick, and harmonious. 👍👍💯

Stopped by today to get some information on boat rentals. All three employees were very friendly and so very helpful! They gave us far more information than we could have asked for. We will definitely be back. Also, I highly recommend stopping in at Smokin Jerry’s next door for some pulled pork nachos and a spicy margarita (or three)!

Pull in to get fuel a few minutes before closing time. Employee threw a fit because we have a big boat, granted its almost closing time. Would have took 300 gallons but since it was late told them just 100 at $6.00 per gallon. Je was still upset, Just wasn't worth his time. Very horrible Employee, cost them lots of money in sales. Definitely will not go back

Loved this place. Great food and service. We went by boat and just tied up, walked 100 yards and we entered the eatery.

The facility here is so nice and well taken care of! The staff and always so helpful and made us feel right at home from day 1! Everyone knows who we are like a small community! We feel our cars are very safe as well as our boat! If your looking for a great marina with great staff look no further! We also love the location!
